CRAFTERS & HOME-BASED BUSINESSES
OPTION 1:  (Month-to-month)  Rental space is $15 per month plus 25% of items
sold.  The rental space is approximately 2 foot long x 1 1/2 foot tall. Larger
space is available for an additional $3 per foot per month.

OPTION 2:  (6 month commitment)  Pay a semi-annual fee of $60 for a space (2' x
1 1/2') plus 30% of items sold.  Larger space is available for an additional
$2.50 per foot per month.  Fee must be paid in full at the beginning of contract.  
No refund or pro-rating available for this option.

Pricing and discounting procedures will be determined at the time consignment
items are accepted.  Holiday items are discounted 50% on the first business day
following the holiday.  Seasonal items are discounted 50% at the discretion of
management.  Consignor may choose to sell one item or several items... its all up to
you.

DISCOUNTING:  ITEMS NOT SOLD IN 30 DAYS ARE DISCOUNTED 20%,
AFTER 45 DAYS ~ 30%, AFTER 60 DAYS ~ 50% OF ORIGINAL SELLING
PRICE.  SEASONAL ITEMS (WINTER COATS, HOLIDAY DECOR,
SWIMSUITS, ETC) MAY BE DISCOUNTED EARLIER THAN REGULAR
TERMS, BASED ON SEASON AND AT MANAGEMENT'S DISCRETION.  
ITEMS NOT SOLD IN 90 DAYS ARE DONATED TO CHARITY.

CONSIGNOR EARNS 50% OF ITEMS SOLD.

ITEMS NOT SOLD AT MISHMASH & MUDDLE ARE GIVEN TO LOCAL NEEDY
FAMILIES OR SENT TO OUR THRIFT STORE.  ALL FEES AND COMMISSION
