TREASURE HUNTER REWARDS PROGRAM

The "treasure Hunter" frequent shopper card is provided for purchases made at mishmash & Muddle in elko,
nevada. You will earn one punch for each $10 spent on merchandise (excluding tax). When your card is fully
punched, you will receive a special gift certificate for $10 off a future purchase. The gift certificate expires 60
days from the date received.

If you have multiple partially-punched cards that total 25 punches, you may redeem them for your $10 gift
certificate. if you are redeeming multiple partial cards and your punches exceed 25, we will add the them to the
new card along with any additional punches earned from your purchase. the $10 gift certificate does not count
towards your punches.

Official rules for the "treasure hunter" rewards program

		each completed treasure hunter card enables a valued customer to receive a specially designed $10 gift
		certificate to be used at a subsequent visit. This special gift certificate expires 60 days from the date received.
		Purchases made with our regular store gift certificates qualify for treasure hunter punches. Purchases of
		gift certificates do not qualify for punches.
		initial layaway deposits and payments do not qualify for punches until the final payment is made, at which
		time the entire layaway amount (excluding tax) will be credited on the guests treasure hunter card.
		completed treasure hunter cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
		the special treasure hunter rewards gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash. No change will be given
		for purchases under the amount of the treasure hunter rewards gift certificate.
		treasure hunter frequent shopper cards remain the property of a lift up org DBA mishmash & Muddle.
		treasure hunter frequent shopper cards are non-transferable and will be voided if forged, altered or
		mechanically reproduced.
		treasure hunter frequent shopper cards may be redeemed only by the owner of the card. a lift up org DBA
		Mishmash & Muddle reserves the right to require positive identification as a condition for redemption, and qualification of the punches by identification of the purchase history of deemed appropriate.
		Mishmash & Muddle will retain all redeemed treasure hunter rewards certificates.
		employees of a lift up org and mishmash & Muddle are not eligible to participate in the frequent shopper
		rewards program.
		a lift up org and Mishmash & Muddle are not responsible for lost or stolen punch cards or rewards
		certificates.
		there is no expiration date associated with the punch card as long as the program exists.
		a lift up org DBA Mishmash & Muddle reserves the right to revise these rules if necessary or to cancel this
		frequent shopper program by notice appropriately displayed at the mishmash & Muddle store and online at mishmashandmuddle.com
