| FEE: You pay an annual consignor fee of $18. You bring in as many or as few items as you wish (accepted at the store's discretion) during the one-year period. You earn 50% of sold items. The consignment period is for 90 days. The selling price is determined by Mishmash & Muddle based on condition, brand, demand, and appearance. Please note, we are not appraisers, so please let us know if you are selling something of value. DISCOUNTING: Items not sold in 30 days are discounted 20%, after 45 days 30%, 60 days 50-75% of original selling price. Seasonal items may be discounted sooner than regular terms, based on season and at the discretion of management. Items not sold in 90 days are generally donated to charity. PAYMENTS: Payouts are made the 15th of each month to consignors accruing a payment balance over $50. Any balances under $50 will be added to the next month's payment or may be used as store credit. If consigning items with balances under $50 total, a check will be mailed at the end of the consignment period. Payments will include an itemized sales report. |

ITEMS NOT SOLD AT MISHMASH & MUDDLE ARE GIVEN TO LOCAL NEEDY FAMILIES OR SENT TO OUR THRIFT STORE. ALL FEES AND COMMISSION BENEFIT A LIFT UP ORG IN ELKO COUNTY. |
